1. Booking Confirmation: All online bookings are subject to confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed.
2. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Arrival Time: Please arrive at the scheduled time of your booking. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, subject to availability. Please note, we will do our best to complete the service in the noted time but this cannot be guaranteed and is dependent on how busy we are.
4. Vehicle Condition: We reserve the right to refuse service or notify you of a price adjustment if your vehicle is excessively dirty, contains hazardous materials, or poses a risk to our staff or equipment.
5. Service Guarantee: We strive to provide high-quality car wash services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue. Some results of our services may vary depending on the condition of your car. We will always try our best but cannot guarantee final results
6. Liability: While we take utmost care in providing car wash services, we are not liable for any damage or loss to your vehicle or personal belongings during the service.
7. Personal Belongings: Please remove all valuable items from your vehicle before the car wash. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
